At Simpkins Edwards we strongly believe that your business is only as good as your people.  We were recently awarded Investor in People status reflecting our commitment to providing a rewarding and supportive working environment for our staff.  All members of staff are encouraged to further their personal development, completing a training plan each year with opportunities for regular review.

Accounts staff participate in our practical training programme, taking part in external courses as well as internal seminars.  We support you as you qualify, with external tuition for all major accountancy and taxation exams provided by means of residential courses, day release or on a linked self-study basis as appropriate.  The progress of all students is closely monitored by the appropriate partner, ensuring progress and development is tailored to individual needs.

Employee benefits include a pension scheme, healthcare arrangements and flexi-time working.  We also allow job sharing arrangements where appropriate.
