Simpkins Edwards converts to LLP status
With effect from 6 April 2010 Simpkins Edwards has converted to a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).
Senior Partner, Cliff Nightingale said. “We believe that converting to an LLP will give us greater scope to continue developing our business. LLP status will not affect the delivery or quality of service that we provide our clients, nor will it fundamentally change the way in which we operate or work. The conversion simply means that clients are now being advised by a firm which has adopted a modern and transparent corporate structure”.
