Our payroll service is directed by Tim Chapman MIPP, Payroll Manager at Simpkins Edwards. A member of the Institute of Payroll Professionals, Tim has wide experience of small and medium sized payrolls gained from working with clients from all sectors of our practice. He has been involved in payroll for more than 20 years, running our payroll bureau for the last 12 years.
