Zoe Gardner

Administration & HR Director

Based in Exeter

Zoe joined the firm in 2008 and is responsible for providing a full HR service to our Partners and staff including managing employee relations, management support and coaching, recruitment, learning & development, as well as reviewing and creating policies and procedures and the updating of employment legislation.

Zoe also provides an office manager role covering administration, health and safety and property issues across our five locations as well as supporting the Senior Partner and Management board.

Zoe started her career working for Deborah Meaden from Dragon’s Den.
