Paul Burgess
Paul joined Simpkins Edwards in 2003, having previously worked in the accounts team of a manufacturing company in Exeter. He qualified as an Accounting Technician during his time in industry and later went on to qualify as a Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA after joining the firm.
He manages a portfolio of larger corporate clients, supporting them with their annual accounts and corporation tax, and advising on areas such as profit extraction and personal tax planning.
And another thing…
Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and Boxer dog Rudi, exploring the South West countryside and coastline and discovering new places to eat. Paul is a life long fan of rock music and travels around the country to see his favourite bands.
